Return Policy
Any item can be returned within 30 days of shipment as long as it has not been installed and has not been modified or damaged in any way. If the item has been installed and there are obvious marks on the item from the installation then it will not be accepted for return.
The Following Restoking Fees Apply to all Refunded Items:
- 1-10 days after ordered. Any item ordered but not shipped may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the item has been prepared for shipment, but not shipped.
- 1-10 days after delivery: Return the item for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.
- 11-30 days after delivery: In-Store Credit Only, less a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.
- 30+ days after delivery: No refund or returns.
We Do Not Pay Shipping Charges Involved in Returning Goods
Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods, unless the error was made by us. A receipt of this freight charge will be required by 247AUTOPARTSSTORE.COM to accurately apply this to your account. Expedited shipping charges beyond normal ground delivery including but not limited to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are non-refundable. On exchange of defective products or replacement as a consequence of our error, 247AUTOPARTSSTORE.COM will pay for ground shipping on the outbound replacement product only.
The Following Merchandise is Sold AS IS and Can Not Be Returned:
- Body Kits
- Body Tubs
- Windshield Frames
- Fenders
- Body parts (hoods, side and floor panels, etc.)
- Hard tops or Soft tops
The above merchandise is sold “AS IS” by 247AUTOPARTSSTORE.COM. These types of merchandise can not be returned to 247AUTOPARTSSTORE.COM for credit or refund. All the freight damages are also the responsibility of the buyer. 247AUTOPARTSSTORE.COM will be glad to use your selected carrier (freight collect only) instead of our choice of carriers. All freight issues should be handled by the freight carriers directly. Credit will not be issued for merchandise or freight charges if shipment is refused.
We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
Process You Must Follow To Return a Good
You must begin the Returns process within thirty (30) days of delivery. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. Log in to your account of 247AUTOPARTSSTORE.COM. You need to complete the Return Authorization Number (RAN) information via 247AUTOPARTSSTORE.COM. Follow the instructions supplied in the account for returning your items(s). The RAN Number shall be written on the package near the return address. (Any item returned without an RAN Number cannot be accepted, and the return shipment will be refused).
The returned item must be received by us within 10 days from the date the RAN number is issued. (i.e., if the RAN is issued on the 1st, we must receive the returned item on or before the 11th.) Packages should be returned with some type of “delivery confirmation” option that requires us to sign for the receipt of your package. This protects your interest by requiring us to document “package received” and “date received” to a third party. If you are not sure that your package will arrive back to us in time, you may choose to expedite the shipping of the return package. All items returned past 10 days of issuance of the RAN will incur a 10% restocking fee more.
If within the allowable time frame, you decide to request a replacement part before we receive your returned item, the replacement will be charged in full, using the same credit card and email address provided in the original order. You will receive a new order number, order confirmation and receipt via email.
Once we receive confirmation from the warehouse that your returned item was received in good resalable condition, your credit or refund will be issued. The entire credit or refund process can take 3-6 days, so please be patient.
No merchandise will be issued credit of any kind if it has been installed, modified or used in any way. All items returned that are not in their original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Order Processing
Most in-stock items are shipped only in business day. Tires, which ship from warehouses, are usually shipped within additional business days. During peak seasons and catalog mailings, order processing may take an additional business days. Truck freight or special order items require additional shipping lead time for delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Information
All shipments, Small items and Larger items, will be shipped. Larger items will be shipped by truck freight. We do not ship C.O.D. orders to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO. All orders must include a complete shipping address and phone number.
Shipping charges quoted online are estimates, based on ground service shipping within the Caribe. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, United States, and international addresses will incur added shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you with a shipping quote before your order is finalized.
